On asia4d, we take a different approach: we collect data transparently, explain exactly what we do with it, and give you control over your information. When you register on asia4d, deposit funds via QRIS or e-wallet, or withdraw your balance, we gather information about you. We do this to comply with local regulations, prevent fraud, and keep your account secure. We never sell your data. We never share it with marketing companies. When you deposit money, we record which payment method you used (QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, bank transfer via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment), the amount, and the date. We keep this to process withdrawals and comply with financial regulations.

We also collect information automatically. When you log in, we note your device type (Android, iOS, or desktop), your approximate location (based on your IP address), and how long you stay on asia4d. We do this to spot unauthorized access, understand how players use our platform, and improve performance.

We Never Share Your Payment Details

Your bank account numbers and e-wallet credentials stay between you and the payment processor. asia4d does not store them. We only store transaction records (the date, amount, and payment method type).

How We Use Your Data on asia4d

If you believe we've misused your information, you can file a complaint with Indonesia's data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first—we'll try to resolve it directly.

Your privacy matters to us because your trust matters. We encrypt your data, limit who touches it, and never profit from selling it.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Cookies are small files your browser stores on your device. When you return to asia4d, your browser sends them back, and you don't have to log in again.

We keep your account information as long as you have an asia4d account. If you request account deletion, we remove personal data like your email and phone number within 30 days—but we keep transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, dates) for seven years because Indonesian tax law requires it.

We may update this policy occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of asia4d after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this policy shows when it was last changed.
